About the studio
What does SCORVIA do?
SCORVIA is a design and technology studio that builds software: AI automation, private AI systems, MVPs, custom tools, websites, real-time graphics, mobile apps, and desktop software.
Does SCORVIA build private AI for companies?
Yes. SCORVIA deploys language models on the client's own hardware, so company data never leaves the client's infrastructure.
What has SCORVIA shipped?
MtLocalGoodies, a marketplace for 99 towns and villages of Malta and Gozo (mtlocalgoodies.com), the website of SASKHO, an interior design practice (saskho.com), and 24U, a language model running entirely in the browser (24-u.app). Studio pieces include Antares, Meridian, Obsidian Hours, and North Signal.
How does an engagement with SCORVIA work?
One project at a time, direct contact with the decision-maker, a fixed fee against a written scope, and full handover of source code and rights.
Where is SCORVIA based?
SCORVIA is based in Malta and works remotely with clients in any country. Its first marketplace client, MtLocalGoodies, serves Malta and Gozo.
What languages does SCORVIA work in?
SCORVIA communicates and takes projects in English, Polish and Spanish. A client can write, call and run the whole project in any of the three.
How can I contact SCORVIA?

Before you hire us
How is a project priced?
As a fixed fee against a written scope, agreed after a short call about what you need. We do not publish a price list, because a company site and a marketplace are different jobs. You have the number in writing before any work starts.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You do. The source code and the rights are handed over at the end of the project, so you can host it, change it or move it without asking us.
How long does a project take?
The launch date is agreed in writing as part of the scope, before work begins. A five-page site and a product with accounts and payments take different amounts of time, and the scope states which one you are buying. For fixed-date products, see MVP development.
Do you work with clients outside Malta?
Yes. The studio is based in Malta and works remotely with clients across Europe and beyond. Calls, reviews and handover all happen online.
Which services do you offer?
Ten, listed on the services page: web design, brand identity, AI automation, private AI on your own hardware, WebGL and 3D websites, UI and UX design, custom software, MVP development, motion design and mobile apps.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. Founders often need a product, a brand and a site at once, and one studio can carry all three. See design for startups.
What happens after launch?
You receive the source code, the access and the rights, so nothing depends on us. If you want more work after that, it is scoped and priced in writing like the first project.

Write to us; confidentiality terms can be part of the written scope.
