A date agreed before we start
A product people can actually use, on a date agreed before we start. That is how MtLocalGoodies got its first sellers.
The hard part of an MVP is not speed. It is deciding what to leave out. We cut the scope down to the one thing your first users must be able to do, write it down with the launch date next to it, and build exactly that.
MtLocalGoodies is a marketplace for local producers. Its map of all ninety-nine localities of Malta and Gozo was finished before the first seller arrived, because a marketplace built around place could not open with half the islands missing.
- Scope: the smallest product that tests your idea with real users.
- Design: the screens that product needs, and nothing more.
- Build: a working product with accounts, data and the core flow.
- Launch: live on the agreed date, with the code handed to you.
Shipped, not shown
24U is a shipped product, live at 24-u.app. One draft goes in and posts for eleven platforms come out, rewritten by a language model that runs inside the browser.
An MVP only teaches you something once strangers use it, so every one we build is meant to go live, not to sit in a pitch deck.
How an MVP project runs

Questions about MVP development
How long does it take to build an MVP?
The launch date is fixed in writing before work starts, so you know it before you commit. How far away it sits depends on the scope, which is why we cut the scope first.
What is included in an MVP?
The core flow your first users need, the screens for it, the data behind it and a live launch. Anything else is listed in the scope as later, so nothing creeps in unannounced.
What happens after launch?
You own the source code and the rights, so you can keep building with us, with your own developers or with anyone else. A next version is scoped the same way as the first.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. You bring the problem and the users. We handle the technical decisions and explain them in plain language before each one is made.
Fixed price or time and materials?
A fixed fee against a written scope. You know the cost and the launch date before any work starts, and changes to the scope are agreed in writing too.
How much does an MVP cost?
Every MVP is quoted as a fixed fee after a short call, because a booking tool and a marketplace are different products. We do not publish a price list.
Tell us what you are building.
One project at a time, a fixed fee against a written scope, and you keep the source code and the rights. Write in English, Polish or Spanish.
