Custom dashboard development

One screen over the data you already pay for, so your team stops paying five subscriptions to read it in five places.

Most companies do not lack data. They lack one place to read it. We connect the systems you already use and put the numbers your team checks every morning on a single screen, designed for the decisions it supports.

  • Stack: React · Node · SQL.
  • Sources: your existing databases, spreadsheets and the services you already subscribe to.
  • Access: who sees what is agreed in the scope.

Internal tools development

An internal tool replaces the spreadsheet everybody is afraid to touch. Order intake, approvals, stock lists, a booking calendar: small programs that match how your team already works, instead of a generic product that makes them work its way.

We keep internal tools plain on purpose. They are used all day, so speed and clarity matter more than decoration.

Desktop app development

Programs that install, sit quietly in the tray, and keep working with the network cable pulled out.

Some software belongs on the machine rather than in a browser tab: it has to run offline, read local files or start with the computer. We build those as small installable programs.

  • Stack: Tauri · Rust · Python · native WebView.

How a software project runs

  1. Call and scopeWe look at the data and the tools you use today. You receive a written scope and a fixed fee before work starts.
  2. Design the screensThe main views are drawn and agreed first, so the build follows what your team needs.
  3. BuildDevelopment against the scope, with working versions shared as they are ready.
  4. Test with real dataThe software runs on your own data and machines before it is called finished.
  5. HandoverYou receive the source code, the access and the rights, plus a short guide for whoever maintains it next.

Questions about custom software

Custom software or off-the-shelf: which do I need?

If a ready product fits how you work, buy it. Custom software makes sense when your team keeps working around the tools, copies data between them by hand, or pays for several subscriptions to see one picture. The first call is there to tell those cases apart.

Can you build a dashboard over data we already have?

Yes, that is the usual case. We connect to the databases, spreadsheets and services you already use and show the result on one screen. Nothing has to be moved into a new system first.

Do you build desktop apps for Windows and Mac?

Yes. Desktop programs are built on a cross-platform stack, so one codebase can serve Windows and macOS. Which systems you need is written into the scope.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. The source code and the rights are handed over at the end of the project, so you can change, host or extend the software without asking us.

How much does custom software cost?

Every project is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, after a short call. We do not publish prices, because a single dashboard and a desktop program are different amounts of work. You have the number before anything starts.

Do you work with companies outside Malta?

Yes. The studio is in Malta and works remotely with companies across Europe.

One project at a time, a fixed fee against a written scope, and you keep the source code and the rights. Write in English, Polish or Spanish.
